Velco VLR Fresh Air Valve

The thermostat regulated Velco VLR is a wall-mounted fresh air valve designed for fresh air supply. The thermostat adjusts its opening according to outdoor temperature enhancing energy efficiency. The thermostat fully opens at temperatures above + 10 °C and closes it at temperatures below -5 °C. In colder weather, a few millimeters of minimum opening ensures sufficient ventilation. The minimum opening can be adjusted to suit the installation site.

Includes a efficient sound attenuator

Velco VLR-100 includes a sound silencing disc that can be used to reduce incoming noise. Comes as standard with Velco VLR-100. When ordering a product in different size, please specify if you want the disc as an additional component.

Exceptional filtration efficiency

The filter effectively prevents impurities from entering indoor air. The unique efficiency of the filter, made from patented 3M Filtrete™ material, is based on the electrical charge of its fibers. According to research, it filters pollen 100 % and effectively blocks a significant portion of health-hazardous fine particles.

Easy to install

• Recommended installation hole diameter: Ø105 mm.

• Suitable for thin wall. By shortening the structure wires that are used as a filter frame, the product can easily be adapted for walls with a thickness of around 150 mm.

• Telescopic pipes (each 150 mm in length) partially slide into each other and can easily be shortened as needed.

• With the included extension pipes (2 pcs.), the maximum installation depth into the wall is about 430 mm. Additional pipes are available separately.The inlet duct can be shortened to suit wall thickness (50-400 mm).

• Exterior grille: 140 x 140 mm. Standard color: white. Also available in terra (red), grey, brown, and black.

• Suitable as a fresh air solution for spaces with natural or mechanical exhaust ventilation.

• A high placing is recommended preferably above a radiator so the incoming air mixes with the convection flow of warm air, ensuring maximum comfort.
